Independent contractors, not employees
Nurses referred through Outreach Medical Staffing are independent contractors (1099), not employees of Outreach. You practice under your own Florida license, choose which referrals to accept, set your own availability, and use your own professional judgment within each patient’s plan of care. Outreach verifies licenses, screening, and credentials, as Florida law requires, and refers you to programs that need coverage. We do not direct or supervise your nursing care, and we never require exclusivity.
